The PayGap Quest

PayGap Quest  - Web Prototype :

This project was created during a 3 days school-organized hackathon themed around Finance. 

My team and I chose to focus on raising awareness about the gender pay gap. Our goal was to design an accessible, visually engaging website that presents key facts, interactive tools, and educational resources about wage inequalities.

The site includes several themed sections such as illustrations, animated elements, and clear visual layouts designed to make the information understandable and impactful.
This version is a frontend-only demo showcasing the visual design and interactions built during the event.

About the build :

This is a static HTML/CSS/JS build exported from the hackathon version.
Backend features used during development are not active in this deployment, but the visual experience and structure remain fully intact.

On the agenda :

• UI/UX polish to enhance clarity, visual balance, and overall comfort of navigation
• Accessibility reinforcement, both visually (contrast, readability, scalable text) and for users relying on assistive technologies such as screen readers or voice-over tools.
• Responsive design.
